4. Don’t Look Now (1973)
The British-Italian horror film ‘Don’t Look Now’ may be a perfect example of delivering #c@res without resorting to cheap thrills. Moody European landscapes and therefore the aesthetic use of the color red dominates the narrative that forces you to think if all that’s happening is for real or a warped version of reality. The story intrinsically had no scope for incorporating #en$ual moments but a specific room scene with the lead stars surrendering themselves to lu- $t is definitely one among the foremost #e-x scenes in film movie history, regardless of genres. Starring two of the h0-ttest stars of its time Donald Sutherland and Julie Christie, the film is watchable even today because of their sizzling – and sometimes edging on borderline depression – chemistry.
